Golden Granola with Sour Cherries

I hate my bad habit of spending too much money ordering granola from all sorts of small batch bakers up and down the East Coast. That said, I hate it a little less now that I've finally found the best. I already received my second order (and for three bags!) because I couldn't bear the thought of not having it as a breakfast option. This is my very favorite, and like I said, I've tried a bunch. I thought the lack of clusters would bother me, but honestly, the CRUNCH combined with the salt v. sweet balance made me forget all about a cluster preference. It is that good!

We really really liked this granola, and when we emptied the second bag my husband was disappointed that I hadn’t already ordered more! When I told him it was not inexpensive he said—but you didn’t have to make it!—I promptly ordered two more bags. I suggest you do the same.
