Variety Pack (3-Pack)

As I paged through my Alison Roman cookbooks and newsletters, I thought there'd be no better time to finally try this sauce than on vacation (as per recommended in "For Everyone Cooking on Vacation") in a remote cabin in the UP. When planning my menu for the week and packing my kitchen essentials (which included my espresso machine (which should be added to Alison's checklist)), I decided to use the sauce for a Great Chicken Parmesan, specifically "with a bottle of red wine." Little did I know and to the luck of my then-boyfriend-now-fiance, he proposed the day we planned to make this meal and it made for the most perfect celebratory night. Needless to say, the sauce was unbelievably delicious and made for a perfect, quick, easy meal when you're on vacation (or too over the moon to focus on cooking your own sauce). I already ordered 3 more packs (9 more jars!) for myself and friends and family (but mostly myself). And my partner and I decided this Great Chicken Parm and Very Good Tomato Sauce will be our anniversary meal for years to come.
