    Like I cooked this for hours.

    I have tried many ways to obtain a rich tomato-based sauce like halving fresh heirloom tomatoes, drizzling olive oil, sprinkling with herbs and my special salt on a parchment lined baking sheet and roasting for 45 minutes but when I needed sauce and needed it quickly, I used your classic tomato and garlic. Just simmered for a few minutes with a Parmesan rind and finally some fresh herbs (basil). I had a sauce for a quicker lasagne.

    We love them all!

    The best sauces!! Wish they were a smidge bigger, but certainly not a reason not to get them, and get them we do. The hardest (also best?) part is how quickly we use them!

    I make a great sauce, but now and again especially if I’m short on time, a jar of sauce can be a gift.

    A jar of good sauce is hard to find !!

    Favorite sauce

    Not going to lie, a tomato sauce on a decent pasta and a lot of parmesan hits the spot when I really REALLY don't feel like it but I need food. I may even add a store-bought meatball. Knowing I have Alison sauce in on my shelf makes those low-effort meals feel more special and I'm glad it exists, because it tastes way better than anything I can get at a "regular" store. It definitely has her je ne sais quoi but I didn't have to do anything in the pantry but stock a jar.
